Why we collect it
Only to respond to your request and, if we work together, to manage that relationship. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Where it is stored
Messages are processed by our hosting, database and email service providers, which may store data outside your province or country. These providers act on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months without an ongoing relationship.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to us through the contact form.
